Why not to sleep during the unpleasant treatment? The full anaesthesia is farmacological reversible state, during which the patient is brought into unconsciousness state. It is used in dentistry mainly for treatments of small children.
The state of reduced consciousness. Worried patient or patient, who is going to have complicated treatment can be brought to the state of reduced consciousness by anaesthelogist.
The client is conscious but he/she sleeps and often does not remember the treatment. Analgosedation is ambulatory treatment after which the patient goes home with an accompanist.
